Return Instructions

If you need to return a product, contact us at nautiquegear@threds.com and provide your name, order number and the item(s) in question. In addition, tell us why you want to return the item(s).

It is important you contact us upfront because, in some cases, we may be able to issue a refund or store credit without the need for returning the product(s).

Because of the fluid nature of our inventory and product offerings, we do not offer exchanges. If a return is necessary, we will email you a return shipping label. The cost for this return label is $7.00. This amount will be deducted from your refund once we have processed your return.

The initial shipping charge incurred during checkout is not refundable.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Any applicable discounts at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. The turnaround time for processing refunds is typically 2 - 4 business days after receipt of the item(s).

Important Items of Note:
1. All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of the item(s).
2. All international sales are final and not eligible for return.
3. All sales of items at clearance pricing are final and not eligible for return.
4. Personalized items are not eligible for return.
5. Returned item(s) must be unwashed and in original condition
